Are Chaos Water Park passes included with an overnight stay?
Yes! Water Park passes are included for each registered guest in the hotel room.
We’d like to kindly remind you that Chaos Waterpark hours may vary, and refunds or compensation will not be available if the park is closed during your stay. To ensure the best experience, please check the waterpark hours ahead of time to make sure they align with your visit. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to welcoming you!
What does it mean when Chaos Water Park is partially open vs. fully open?
When Chaos Water Park is fully open, you will have access to all water park activities.
When Chaos Water Park is partially open, activities include:
- The Activity Pool
- Hot Tub
- Kiddie Area and Aquatic Playground
*During this time, the tube slide, body slide, and lazy river will be closed.
When the park is partially open, you may swim for a discounted rate of $7 per person.
Do I have to pay for my baby to swim at Chaos Water Park?
Children under the age of one are free.
Children under 36 inches are $17.50, while children taller than 36 inches are $35.
Do I have to pay to watch my kids play in Action City?
Nope! We do not charge an entry fee for Action City.
If you are just coming to watch your kids, grandkids, or friends play - no worries! We only charge if you are participating in any activities.
Are there annual membership options for Action City or Chaos Water Park?
Yes!
We offer individual and family plans for Action City and Chaos Water Park.
Both monthly and annual payment options are available.

Are pets allowed in the parks?
While all dogs are allowed in the hotel, only registered service dogs are allowed in our parks.

"If you have little ones with lots of energy to burn, this is THE place to be! My grandkids are both 8 and 6 (and the newborn). They love this place! There's so much for the kids to do. You got the trampoline park, indoor go karts, Ninja Warrior obstacle course, arcade and video games, food, and ice cream! Enough to keep the kids busy for hours of fun! Great for kids! This water park is a popular spot for birthdays and family days for good reason. Lots of activity is packed into the space. If you find a well-placed deck chair, you can see almost the entire pool area from your seat and still keep an eye on your more independent swimmers. Life guards are everywhere and are attentive.
