"Our Family Reunion was this past weekend at the Metropolis. Our family had a wonderful time! The rooms were great. Very clean and well made up. The whole facility was very clean. I would see housekeeping throughout the complex “spot cleaning”. Every employee we encountered acknowledged us with a greeting and asked how our stay was going. From the hotel, to the restaurant, to the water park, to Action City your staff are genuinely concerned that our stay was enjoyable, asking if we needed anything to just call the front desk and they will make it happen.
