Action City Party Packages
There is a $75 deposit required for all parties at booking. Entire deposit will go towards total expense of the party package. Deposit is non-refundable but can be moved to a different date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my own food into Chaos Water Park or Action City?
Per health code, we do not allow outside food or drink into our parks.
We do, however, have some great dining options on-site, including City Eats, City Pizza Co., City Coffee Co., and Dairy Queen.
Can I bring my own dessert for a birthday party?
All birthday party packages include Dairy Queen treats for each guest. However, if you would like to bring your own dessert, we do allow you to bring in dessert from a licensed baker (not made from home).
What types of party packages do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of birthday party packages, including Action City Jump and/or Play parties, Chaos Water Park parties, mini party packages, and more!
My party is staying at the hotel. Can I reserve a block of rooms?
Yes! All group bookings go through our sales department. Please reach out to our event coordinators to see what we have available.

Can we use extra birthday party passes at a later date?
At this time, we require you to use all of your passes on the day of your party. We do not allow them to be used on a later date.
Are there any upgrades I can add on to my party package?
Absolutely! We offer plenty of party add-ons to make your experience exactly the way you want it. Party add-ons include:

"If you have little ones with lots of energy to burn, this is THE place to be! My grandkids are both 8 and 6 (and the newborn). They love this place! There's so much for the kids to do. You got the trampoline park, indoor go karts, Ninja Warrior obstacle course, arcade and video games, food, and ice cream! Enough to keep the kids busy for hours of fun! The place is always very clean. The staff do an outstanding job keeping rowdy kids in check to ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience. Great for kids! This water park is a popular spot for birthdays and family days for good reason. Lots of activity is packed into the space. If you find a well-placed deck chair, you can see almost the entire pool area from your seat and still keep an eye on your more independent swimmers. Life guards are everywhere and are attentive.
