Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between a membership & an explorer pass?
Explorer passes are offered as a one-time payment option for a full year, while memberships have a monthly fee. Explorer passes are not offered as family plans. Memberships give perks that explorer passes do not, such as sign-up gifts, discounts, hotel deals, access to exclusive events, and free guest passes.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
The agreement form includes a commitment to 12 monthly payments on an active membership before cancellation is offered. In the event you must cancel before then, exceptions can be made. Memberships can be frozen/paused for extended periods at any time.
Do I pay the first month’s fee on top of the sign-up fee?
No. Monthly payments begin one month after the sign-up date.
Can I make a one-time payment, or do I have to pay monthly?
Metropolis Memberships are only offered on monthly payment plans. Explorer passes, however, are offered as one-time payments.
What attractions are included with an Action City membership?
Membership benefits vary by membership type. If your membership includes Jump activities, everything in the trampoline park is included. If your membership includes Play activities, all major attractions and non-ticketed arcade games are included.
What attractions are included with a Chaos Water Park membership?
Membership benefits vary by membership type. If your membership includes Swim access, all attractions at Chaos Water Park are included.
Do memberships include free guest passes?
Silver memberships include one free guest pass per member every quarter (four times per year). Gold and Platinum memberships include one free guest pass per member every month.
Can memberships be shared with friends and family?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the assigned member.

"If you have little ones with lots of energy to burn, this is THE place to be! My grandkids are both 8 and 6 (and the newborn). They love this place! There's so much for the kids to do. You got the trampoline park, indoor go karts, Ninja Warrior obstacle course, arcade and video games, food, and ice cream! Enough to keep the kids busy for hours of fun! The place is always very clean. The staff do an outstanding job keeping rowdy kids in check to ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience. Great for kids! This water park is a popular spot for birthdays and family days for good reason. Lots of activity is packed into the space. If you find a well-placed deck chair, you can see almost the entire pool area from your seat and still keep an eye on your more independent swimmers. Life guards are everywhere and are attentive.
