What hours are you open?
Our water park has seasonal hours. Please click on the “Action City & Water Park Hours” box on the left side of your screen to view our most up to date hours.

How much does admission cost?
All Day Pass:      $10/person (plus tax)
“Dry” Pass:         $5/person (plus tax)
3 and younger: $2.00 (plus tax); must wear provided swim diaper.

What is a “Dry” Pass?
If you are going into the water park, but you do not plan to swim or get wet, you are still required to purchase a dry pass for admittance.

Can I bring food & drinks into the park?
Unfortunately no; Wisconsin State Code Section 8.21 states that no outside food or beverage is permitted into any water park establishment (indoor or outdoor).

Do you have food or drink available?
Yes, located inside the water park we have the Splash Bar and Grill where you can order hot dogs, nachos, pizza, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), breadsticks and more.

Why are swim diapers required?
We don't want anyone's vacation ruined; accidents happen. This is included in the cost of a 3 and younger pass.

Do you have height requirements on the slides? 
Yes.  Twister:   36" minimum
        Bailout:   48" minimum and a 100   pound    minimum weight
        Hurricane Run: 36" to ride with an adult (No triple tubes allowed)
                                 48" to ride alone

Do you have life jackets available?
Yes, we have life jackets for children weighing 30lbs to 90 lbs.

Can my child wear their life jacket down the slides?
Unfortunately, no, life jackets can pose a choking hazard for children when going down slides.

Do I have to be in a tube in the lazy river?
Yes, we require all guests to remain in a single tube while in the lazy river for safety purposes.

Do you have Changing Rooms available?
Yes. We have changing rooms, lockers (locks are an additional $2) and towels available for your convenience.

What are your hot tub rules?
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the hot tub. Elderly persons, persons with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure and persons who are pregnant should consult a physician before using the hot tub.

Is everyone required to wear a wristband?
Yes, to be allowed into the park you must be wearing a wristband.

Do you have a gift shop?
Yes, we have t-shirts, sweatshirts, beach balls, towels, beach bags, swim diapers, ear plugs, key chains, and more all with our Chaos Water park logo!
