The Metropolis Resort Wedding Fair Extraordinaire will feature local wedding vendors, food sampling from our resort, door prizes (must be present to win), tours of our honeymoon suites and banquet space plus much more!

Appetizer & Hors d'oeuvre Sample Menu (Buttlered in the Metropolis Banquet Room): BLT Cups, Cranberry Feta Pinwheels, Mexican Pinwheels, Cucumber Cup Crudite, Hummus Cup Crudite, Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms, Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts, Bacon Wrapped Pineapple, BBQ & Swedish Meatballs, Cocktail Smokies, Gorgonzala Baby Red Potatoes with Bacon and Antipasto Kabobs.
Appetizer & Hors d'oeuvre Sample Menu (Available in the Metropolis Banquet Room): Vegetable Platter, Shrimp Cocktail and Cheese with Crackers Tray.
Main Course Sample Menu (Available in the Skybox Banquet Room): Slow Roasted Beef in Gravy, Smoked Honey Ham Carving Station, Roast Pork Loin, Roasted Wisconsin Turkey in Gravy, Baked Chicken Breast (with choice of Supreme Sauce, Fire Kicker or Balsamic Herb), Chicken Cordon Bleu, Smoked Brisket Carving Station, Chicken Parmesan and Vegetarian Lasagna.
Side Dishes Sample Menu (Available in the Skybox Banquet Room): Glazed Carrots, Green Bean Almondine, Southwestern Corn, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes and Baby Red Potatoes smothered in Parsley Butter.
