The Metropolis Resort is hiring front desk agents at the hotel. This position will check guests in and out of the hotel, handle customer service calls of guest needs, make reservations and cancellations over the phone and handle any other guest service needs during the shift. We have part time openings for day time jobs and evening jobs.
This position has outstanding opportunity for advancement and leadership roles.
This position has flexible hours, with weekend hours being the primary time needed; making it a great position for those looking for flexible schedules and time off!
Responsiblities & Duties:

- Completing any special projects given by the manager on duty
- Following the opening and closing lists for each area
- Cross-training in other departments and areas
- Cash Handling
- Maintaining cleanliness in public restrooms
