Are Chaos Water Park passes included with an over night stay?
-Yes! Water park passes are included for each registered guest in the hotel room.
What does the Resort Fee include?
- Wi-fi access throughout the Resort
- Access to Chaos Waterpark (Please check our hours prior to booking)
- Coffee and tea located in the Resort lobby
- Self-parking
- Resort coupons.
How do I cancel my reservation?
-We would love to have you stay, but understand life happens sometimes. Please call 844-855-2724 to cancel your reservation.
How old do you have to be to reserve a hotel room?
-Hotel policy is you must be 21 years old to reserve a hotel room at Metropolis Resort.
What do I need to bring to check-in smoothly?
-We cannot wait to see you! At check in, we require the person who reserved the room on site, with a valid credit card to be charged at check in as well as a valid drivers license. If you are purchasing a room for someone else and would like us to charge your card, please fill out the credit card authorization form
I made a reservation for someone else but would like to pay for it. How do I do that?
-Not a problem! You may make a reservation for someone else with your credit card on file. In order for us to check them in and protect you we require you to fill out a credit card authorization form on our website. That gives us the permission to charge your card without you being present at the time of check-in.
Do you have military/healthcare/educator/service personnel discounts?
-Yes! Thank you for your service! We offer a 10% discount called our HERO rate with a valid ID. You may book those over the phone 844-855-2724
Do you have room service or housekeeping service?
-At this time, we do not have room service or housekeeping service while you are in the room. Food may be ordered to go and you are welcome to call the front desk and we are happy to bring you something you are looking for!
Do you allow cash payments for hotel rooms?
-At this time, we do not accept cash for the purchase of hotel rooms. We require a credit or debit card on file.
Who needs to be counted in the hotel room?
-Everyone! We require the total amount of adults as well as children and infants in the count of the hotel room per fire code.
Do you have adjoining rooms?
-At this time, we do not have adjoining rooms.
What is a Credit Card Authorization form? Where Can I find it?
-A Credit Card Authorization form allows us to charge your card without you being present. Typically, this is used when someone else is paying for a hotel room or passes. You may find it here
What are your Black Out Dates?
Blackout dates may apply to certain dates when using your certificate. Certificate must be mentioned upon booking and presented at check-in.
Chaos Water Park
If you aren't swimming do you have to pay to be in Chaos Water Park?
-We charge $5 for a dry pass for those who choose not to swim.
Where are the prices for Chaos Water Park?
-Hey! Water park passes are included if you are a hotel guest. If you are just visiting for the day check out prices here
Do you have to pay for a baby in Chaos Water Park?
-Children under the age of one are free. Over one up to 36 inches tall is $15 and children taller than 36 inches are $30.
Do you have towels for the water park?
-We have towels free for our guests to use.
Do you have life jackets?
-We have a variety of life jackets to use. They are first come first serve and free to borrow.
Can parents go down the slides with children?
-Unfortunately, we do not allow people to ride together on our body slide. In order to go down the tube slide with a parent you must use a double tube. We do not allow life jackets on the body slide.
Do you provide swim diapers?
-Of course! We have swim diapers that are free for you to use.
How does it work when Chaos is partially open VS fully open?
-Great question! When we are partially open the activity pool, hot tub, indoor playground, kiddie area are open for you to enjoy (large slides and lazy river are closed) It costs $7 when we are partially open. -When the park is fully open you may use everything in the water park and is $30 a person, children under 36 inches tall and dry passes are $15.
Do you have any discounts on Chaos Passes?
Late night passes start at 6pm -$15 for anyone over 36 inches -$7 for anyone under 36 inches -$5 for non swimmers
What are the age requirements to be in the hot tub?
-Children 5 or under may not use the hot tub per health code -Children 6-12 may use the hot tub under adult supervision -Children 13 and up are free to use the hot tub -Life jackets are not allowed in the hot tub
What does a Swim Pass come with?
-All day swimming!
Action City
What is Action City?
-Action City is our arcade and fun center! Did you know Action City was here before the hotel and water park? It is our very first building.
Do you have to pay to watch your kids play in Action City?
-We do not charge an entry fee for Action City. If you are just coming to watch your kids, grandkids or friends play it is free to watch! We only charge if you are participating in any of the activities.
How can we save a little bit of money on Action City Passes?
-Great question! If you purchase your passes ahead of time on our website there is a discount on your passes! We also offer Wristband Wednesday with discounted jump and play passes.
Where are Action City prices?
-Great question! You may find all of our pricing here
How much do ticket games cost?
-They range anywhere from $1-$5.
What do you need to ride a double cart on the go karts?
-They are so fun! You must be 16 to drive the double cart and the passenger must be at least 40 inches tall.
Do you have weight limits for any attractions?
We do have some weight limits check below: -Trampolines: 350lbs -Zipline: Combined weight of 450lbs -Bumper Cars: 275lbs -Go-karts: No limit

Can you bring food into Chaos Water Park and Action City?
-We have amazing food options on property. We do not allow outside food or drinks into our parks.
Is there breakfast? Is it included in a hotel room stay?
Do you have a bar?
-Yes we do, our bar is inside of our restaurant City Eats. Please check hours before booking!
Can you store food or dessert?
-Unfortunately, we cannot store any outside food or beverage due to health code.
Groups and Parties
Do you host events?
Yes! We host weddings, corporate outings, school groups, church groups, rehearsal dinners and so much more! Fill out this form to get started!
Do you host birthday parties?
-Absolutely, we host birthday parties in Action City and in Chaos Water Park! Here are some of our packages
Can you get a block of rooms?
-Yes! All group bookings go through our sales department. Please reach out to Samantha, our Director of Sales and Revenue to see what we have available. samantha@metropolisresort.com
We have a birthday party coming up! Can we bring dessert?
-Happy Birthday! We do allow you to bring in a dessert from a licensed baker. (not made from home)
How do extra birthday party passes work? Can I use them at a later time?
-At this time, we require you to use all your passes the day of your party. We do not allow you to use them at a later date.

Where are you located? Do you have any other locations?
-We are located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and we are an independent hotel.
What are the hours?
-Our hours vary depending on the week. An easy way to check our hours is right here They are updated frequently.
Are pets allowed?
-You've fetched the right place to stay! We love pets, at Metropolis Resort we allow dogs as guests in our hotel rooms for a fee of $30 per dog per night with a max of 2 dogs per room. Dogs are only allowed in our standard double queen rooms and standard king rooms.
I want to work there! How do I apply?
-We love seeing people interested in working with us! We are a family owned resort that values hard work and having a fulfilling life outside of work. In high school or college? Amazing! We create very flexible hours. Please apply here
I accidentally purchased the wrong passes, how do I get a refund?
-Oops! That's okay, we are always here to help. To get a refund on unused items or passes please call 844-855-2724.
Is there guest laundry? Is it included?
-We do have guest laundry onsite. It is not included in the hotel room rental. You may use it at your convenience as it is coin operated.
Are pets allowed in the parks?
-We love pets! Dogs are allowed in standard hotel rooms and we allow service animals into our parks. Click here is more information from the ADA regarding service animals.
Do you have ice machines and vending machines?
-Yes! We have an ice machine on the first and third floor of the hotel. Vending can be found throughout the resort!
Do you sell gift cards?
-Yes! They are the perfect gift! Find them here
Do you have electric car chargers?
-Yes! We have a newly installed car charging slot near Chaos Water Park facing the south side. There are two for you to use as you please. It is $1 to connect and $1.50 per hour.
