Ever Wonder About the Person Behind the Voice?

Have you ever wondered who is behind the voice that you talk to? Meet Teryn. She is our Director of Reservations and Revenue Management. Her and her staff answer all the phone calls that come in to the resort. Teryn has worked at the resort for over 8 years. She started working at the front desk of Action City. She quickly became a favorite birthday party host as well. She transferred into the Hotel side of things becoming one of our reservation agents. Teryn is now a member of our Executive Team. You’ll find her around the Resort on the weekends as one of our rotating Manager’s on Duty or on the phone helping guest’s plan their trip.
Teryn met her husband Tim here at the Resort. She worked in Action City and he worked in Chaos Water Park. They seemed to be a match from the beginning. Their story is pretty neat because they had their wedding planned in Mexico in June 2020. As you know the little thing known as Covid-19 threw a wrench in their wedding plans. They had an intimate wedding up north at their family’s cabin with close family and friends. If you ask Teryn, she would say that it turned out just perfect...even better than the big wedding she had planned. It was beautiful, just like the bride!
As life will have it, Teryn & Tim are expecting the next big step in their lives on May 13th. Pregnancy can be hard especially if Mom to be doesn't always feel the best. She is rounding into the 3 trimester and starting to feel a bit better and baby is very healthy and growing strong. A boy? A girl? No one knows and we will all be waiting on edge to meet their bundle of joy!
