Date Night at Action City

Did you know that the perfect location for a date is right here at the Metropolis Resort? Action City has been the first day for so many couples across the Chippewa Valley for years. It really is the perfect place to meet someone for the first time. You arrive in your own vehicle or have someone drop you off if you aren’t quite old enough to drive yourself. It’s a great meeting location. First dates can be awkward. Having to decide what to do with someone you don’t know that well is a grueling process. When you are at Action City, it’s easy! Just get the Jump and Play pass. That way you can pick and choose what you want to do.
Bump into your date on a Go-Kart, play Lazer Tag, spark that competitive spirit while Mini-Bowling, enjoy the sunset together while Mini-Golfing, jump on trampolines, throw Dodgeballs at your date, challenge your date to a jousting dual, show off your mad stunt flips, or simply act like a kid in the playground.
After all the activities, it’s time for some food! City Eats is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail. I would suggest sharing an appetizer like the homemade mozzarella sticks or spinach and artichoke dip. My favorite entrée is a grilled chicken wrap with honey mustard dressing….yum! We make the best Bloody Mary in Eau Claire! Always a great one to chase with a Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy. Monkey in the Middle Pizza is ideal to share a pizza with your date.
Action City is so versatile that it is ideal for a first date and equally as ideal for a married couple who hasn’t been on a date together in a while. You will be amazed what you can learn or re-learn about a person when hanging out with them at Action City. Hopefully, you learned some fun things and want to see them again!
